Aa homes oka time la close to 1M unnayi kadaa… looks like some people backed out of these homes.. but good construction and good area too.. great elementary school in the community itself.. 

oka time la 550K undevi aa homes.. didn’t buy at that time

Frisco, prosper, McKinney lo prices ela unnayi..still 800s and above ?

My friend brought home at Frisco for 650k in 2016, now it's 1.4M

Don't know if prices ever correct at these places..

Yes.. definitely in the 800 range..

as you go further north (Celina, Prosper, Little Elm etc) , they will go down a lot.. I really doubt your friend will be able to sell it for 1.4M in this market.. Redfin or Zillow estimates are not correct..

these have hoa of 500$ per month also those times

Hoa depends on the amenities provided.. 1.4M petti house konnaaka $500 per month hoa pichha lite.. property taxes are 3K per month on these homes..

not sure if prices will be corrected at  Frisco.. used for reference. if its 1M is ok still its inflated price. I don't think as well he call sell.. Precovid and 2021 early, people got it for 650K, 3500 SQFT, now 3500 SQFT if we want some thing in Frisco, its 900s.. I am not sure if they ever come to 750s at least if not 650s..
