saw news today ,  nov lo FED is planning for  another 0.75 basis rate hike.

With high interest rates,  monthly mortgage  payments will be more .

First getting mortgage loan approval with more than 500k will be difficult.

there will be 20-30% correction for sure even in Frisco… already seeing a 10% correction in Frisco with new homes.. 

if prices are falling, even people with hard cash will wait for the prices to fall.. if prices are going up, people with no money will also try to buy.. 😀

I hope so..prices went up too much at Frisco as well.. anyway please update  north Dallas correction / foreclosures/ deals here 😉 I think you are local right...

How you figured it's south facing? Also investor company - like Zillow? They buy and sell it for more?. What would be ideal price for similar home before these inflated prices around 475-500k?
