Usually it happens if there is already one account from that address ( I think ) . My wife account is in pending state... Same - asking to fill form

Intially had the issue but after explaining to the bank , they helped me out.  

And notory is not mandatory frm bank, u can do it from outside as well !

yes i moved recently too. may be that why

Which bank? I tried 3 and none would do it. The form specifically says you can’t use outside notary.

Just sharing a data point. I had an account already. Applied for spouse today and it went through.

it's type of fixed deposit, provided by govt.

current rate is 9.6% interest.

 

Just bought another 10k bond on kid's name

How did u buy on kids name? when i try to register an account on baby name it says You must be at least 18 years old to have a TreasuryDirect account
