I personally know a friend who did that and was able to go to visa and got gc as well . No issues . He/She was working 40+ 40hours

Are both h1b’s cap Like one h1b uncapped on nonprofit and the other h1b capped under regular quota?

actually I’m also planning from January next year . Going with concurrent process.

Is it legal to work 40hours each for each h1b? What if you get an RFE asking how do you manage both places work during same time schedule?
