Amaravathi kooda easy ga ila undedhi. Its very similiar - built in rural area.

Atleast amaravati is very close to vijaywada and guntur..the edge of amravati is like 10-20 kms away.

THis they are bulding some 100 kms away from beijing.

dhana dhaaham india lo chaala mandhiki undhi. Atleast ramoji/jayabheri work for it.

Jagga gaadu thakkuvem kaadhu..delhi level lo ambani/adani.

Kaani katte cities ni aaape dikku maalina attitude kontha mandhike undhi.

Ramoji film city kattina time lo land was very cheap.. he got it even cheaper.. it was way too far away from the city.. ippudu city boundaries extend avadam valla almost city lo ki vachesindi.. 

don’t look at it from the pulka angle.. but it brought lot of tourism and tax revenue to the state.. films of several languages get filmed there throughout the year..
