Missing scientific links of KANTARA

even though KANTARA is being said as a legend or myth .... it got some missing scientific links ..

 

1. what hapened to the Panjaluri ( Rakshith shetty Sr - or Shiva's father )

2. How did the heir of village land lord died on the steps of court

3. what happened to Shiva ( Jr rakshith Shetty) when he became the guliga deva

4. Why and what was that shiva is seeing in the middle of nights ?

2. How did the heir of village land lord died on the steps of court

 

My theory ...

Panjaluri ( Shiva's father - Sr Rakshit Shetty) was a serious believer in custom n tradition. He wanted to preserve the land to the villagers at the expense of his death !.

So when Panjaluri was challenged by the land lords son ... he escaped in to the forest ... when escaping in to the forest ... he says if u can't catch me I am the god ... if u can catch me u can own the land ...

then he rans in to the forest and disappears ... here the Punjaluri ... wanted to the reaffirm the belief of the believers that punjaluri is real ... and he wanted to sacrifice himself ... to save the custom, tradition and belief of god ... n in turn the lands of the villagers ...

as he knows very well about the forest ... he disappears from the forest ... in to otherside of land ...

n later ... punjaluri is the one who kills land lords son the steps of the court ... such way he saved the lands of the tribal people ...

n he can not return to the village ... if so ... that will make that people to lose belief n question the custom !!

so what happened to punjaluri ... he probably killed himself after killing the landlords son ... or went to saome pilgrimage sites like ganga ... kasi etc ..

remember all those sadhus we see in the ganga, kasi haridwar etc ... they have a big past !!

4. Why and what was that shiva is seeing in the middle of nights ?

 

these can be seen as night terrors (bad dreams) or subconcious thoughts he gets in middle of night ...

as Shiva is aware of his father's disappearance as pujaluri ... n he is always haunted by his father's diappearance ..

remeber Shiva's subconciousness only arises when he is doing wromng things or mistakes ... like when he hunting the boar or escorting the village land lord to the hooker or when he gets drunk ...

n the thing he sees when he was in jail was that again his sub conciousness ... this time the one in punjaluri form is his brother ... ( who gets killed by village lord on that night) ...

so shiva's sub consciously apprehending that his brother might be killed by land lord while he was in jail ... as shiva is the strongest man in the village ... who can challenge the police or can win the buffalo fight ..

3. what happened to Shiva ( Jr rakshith Shetty) when he became the guliga deva

So in the end ... in the after math of riot n killing of village landlord ...

shiva performs the guliga deva ritual ...

here non verbally acts n tells the cop to take care of the villagers as kids ... asks all the villagers in union with the cops ...

then he runs in to forest and disappears in to his father  ... so what happens here ..??

my theory is that

Shiva was mortally wounded by the goons during the riot ... but barely survives the riot ... n his health was deteriorating ... so ... once again to upheld the belief of the tradition ... he again runs in to forest n disappears ..

probably here is where he dies ... or runs away to some pilgrim site ... (like his father above)

A series is different… it has to sustain the interest over several years and you have to believe and invest in those characters and the story.. people wait for the next episode every week and a new season every year..

adantha reveal chesthe movie lo mystery element potundi... climax lo ardham chesukedaani kanna immerse aithe better experience untundi. so, through out film bits & pieces ga prepare chesi, climax lo show down pettaru.

1. It's not missing logic, it's a mistert element that has been revealed or letting viewer to imagine..... There many thriller in Hollywood with very similar screenplays

2. Again a scene that wasn't revealed visually 

3. Look at 1.

4. He saw something when he father first, which was never revealed

 

Not all movies explain everything, there are few elements left to viewers imagination.....just like book

Shutter island is one example of similar screenplays 

 

We are used to spoon fed movie, not surprised to see this post
