Certificate of Deposit VS High Yield Savings account - Suggestions please

Planning to move my savings to one of these for home purchase sometime end of next year.

Certificate of Deposit  mostly offering 3 % for 6 months. High Yield Savings  also from offering same rate.

Not interested in Ibonds as I need the amount within an year and Ibonds have limit of 10k

Any suggestions for best High Yield Savings or CD ladder to park down payment money for 6 months?

thanks bro. But at this point I don't want to risk on market. I am looking for safer options.
