create open source api like crypto where anyone can post a message

any interested party can consume that message and display in their ui

twit will provide one of the ui ,can read or run ads there orrun analytics for money

He likes Twitter as he uses it a lot and thinks that it has a big potential to be many things… 
Honestly, Twitter stopped innovating long time ago (decade or more) whereas Facebook, YouTube and TikTok are doing great at adding  new features and adding more number of subscribers.. Twitter is pretty much stagnant.. and the woke culture among its staff is pulling it down.. they are spending more time on progressive issues than on innovation.. on the other hand, Google fired some activist staff as they started dictating what the company should do.. 

He based his decision to purchase as per the information in the sec filings, which he is now saying that it is not accurate.. Twitter says there are only 10% of fake accounts whereas he thinks there are 30-40% fake accounts or bots.. Twitter refused to give him more information about it.. that has been his main complaint..

yeah, similar stocks dropped 50% from when he first proposed, he could have got it for half price now. He wanted to reduce the price but couldn't.
