Nuvvu down 35% kodithee...You already gained 35% equity there. Obviously neee loan only 65% percent yeee untadhiii...

Yes, initial ga mana payments lo majority will go to interests. Until 17th year varaku...

Hence always pay more than monthly payment. Extra pay chesindhiiii mottham will go to principal again. They cant charge you more interest in a given month. Always pay more even if its $500 per month

aaa interest kudaa to some extent taxes lo deducttions use sesukovacchuuu...Now the real deal is to negotiate and win big on purchase price and closing costs. Of course due to good amount of inventory we can pick east/north facing home if we want too....

If you can afford, go for a shorter term loan, like 15 years or 20 years.. it makes a big difference in the amount of interest you pay..

Hmmm I would say...apply for 30 year conventional or ARM, but still pay it like you are paying for 15 year-20 year. That way even if you lose job you can still get away with 30 year lower payments.

Amortization calculator chudu for all these combinations.. 15 yrs and 30 yrs ki hardly 1000 or 1200 difference untadi… for many people, it is affordable…

even if you prepay some amount every month, you will pay a whole lot of interest.. but little less than the full 30 yrs..

Nov 2nd next FED meeting, rate will cross 8%.

This will cause High monthly payments , low buying power.

Not sure how will be the housing market. But  houses are sitting for long time.

I was talking this famous builder's representative  in Dallas  the other day , they told they are not going to reduce price much. They recently sold few houses in the same community to a investment company.

U.S. Mortgage Rates Hit 7.08%, Highest in More Than 20 Years

Just seven weeks ago, the average rate was below 6%. A year ago it was just over 3%.

Mortgage rates topped 7% for the first time in 20 years, the latest milestone in a rapid climb that has all but paralyzed the housing market.

In September, existing-home sales fell 24% from a year earlier, and new-home sales were down 18%. Home prices are starting to slip month-over-month, though it does little to offset the increased costs of buying. Prices are still rising compared with a year ago.
