bro ..you are ignoring the scalability, the organization capability needed for internationalization gatra.

it is easy to make an app for one user . Even you or i can do it maybe sittign in home.

the beauty of the twitter is micro blogging… its the core concept of twitter…it got famous also because of that…now a days no one wants to read essays with big paragraphs or books..so this microblogging got famous…

its like what you are saying to world/followers in limited text…this concept attracted celebrities initially which drove some traffic and later on other organizations also using it for news publications or some info passing…

later on they added all social media features to engage users (DAU)…which is still ok..not much deviation from microblogging…

but in this concept introducing BOTS are  ridiculous…which i blame old management for this idea…what bots do is spam instead of microblogging…

but this wechat adoption is killing the microblogging concept…building something multi purpose swiss knife…which can do many things cant do a single thing perfectly…

wechat might have big hit in china…i believe there in china is less competition among apps or software side…but in usa is capitalistic country..there will be heavy competition…in this software arena…
