1. Working in US, paid in india

2. Husband working, payroll on wife’s H4 EAD.

3. Getting paid 2 times of the money mentioned in the LCA. 
4. Working for a competitor when it is not permitted as per employee handbook or non contingent agreement or data security agreement.

if a person is getting paid in US, paying taxes, and do not have a non contingency agreement, allowed to work (GC or 2 H1’s) then it’s ethical.

Not all . Schools we went to have strict academics..we used to sleep in labs trying to get assignments and output done..learnt new coding languages and what not..

 

Jaffa univerisites with easy academics are the reason for this kind of trash quality students.

 

Most of them can't even complete a simple phrase in English.  I doubt how many applied with genuine engineering credentials.

Most of them have multiple backlogs

what I assume would have happened here is, the amounts are too low to investigate like 70$ 80$ and they would have let it go.

if thats also not possible then there must be a nexus between the bank verification teams, the theater staff and the fraud committing students

In this case, it's a small chain and they saw patterns - that too that much amount, Indian movies and 250k is a lot. 

If the photo in the article is from their CC, they are in for big trouble - local judge etc will sympathize with local Business and police will investigate/take help to build a solid case.
