1. Working in US, paid in india

2. Husband working, payroll on wife’s H4 EAD.

3. Getting paid 2 times of the money mentioned in the LCA. 
4. Working for a competitor when it is not permitted as per employee handbook or non contingent agreement or data security agreement.

if a person is getting paid in US, paying taxes, and do not have a non contingency agreement, allowed to work (GC or 2 H1’s) then it’s ethical.

the companies they work for are Ok with that and they hired knowing that. They publicly mention what jobs they are doing. Manam kooda public lo pettagalama… contractor at client 1 , client 2 ani. 
 

Single job lo even though you work 3 hours you are still available for the company the whole 8 hours you are getting paid and you pay tax on that income. 

no one is perfect including me. Ekkado edo teliyakunda chestune untam but when you know it is wrong appudu cheyyakudadu.

Out of 2 jobs, one doesn’t have any paperwork to support and hence illegal not just unethical. By doing so, the person doing it is stealing that extra job (which otherwise would have filled by someone else), and so its theft.

And that 3hr vs 8 hr, has paperwork to support (project estimation/ plan). So its absolutely fine.

CEO - they do in openly, you may not like it but it's being allowed and going on in private sector.

Agree. Part time cheyyataniki kooda time undedhi kaadhu some semesters lo. Compared to those academics ee degree mills lo vaallu correct ga exam mundu chaduvutharu. Assignments are like jujubi. Projects are done in India and brought here. Inka Khaali time full untundi even with part time. So ee pichi ideas tho life naasanam chesukuntunnaru

If we are doing 8 jobs hours in 3 hours that is efficiency and some one is doing ethical smart work.
