My rules to manager

1-1 is once a month (weekly peditey I have no questions anta it ends in 2 minutes) cam on

team meetings no cam( once in couple of months yes)

if I /you have any questions I will ping you

Turn on while just speaking and turn off immediately, if manager insists you to turn on all the times, you dont have an option so just turn it on, unless you are ugly potti budankai or batta thala like @Android__Halwa
