It’s very simple bro. 
With number of MP seats, BJP becomes 1st, second will be congress, currently DMK is 3rd with 24 seats. 
If BRS can get 35 seats (15 in TS and 20 else where) it would be a significant number. 
forming government depends on how many seats BJP will get, if it is less than 200 seats then they have difficulty forming government.
