Cholestrol = 300 not taking any medication as following VRK Diet which unable to do properly. So stopped and following doctor advice. nuvvu_naakina_paalem Posted October 31, 2022 Report Share Posted October 31, 2022 sounds fake but if you are really interested to get healthy try these tips: 1. eat every meal with veggies first, next protein and next carbs. ( not mixing all together ) example: eat paalakoora curry 1 cup first, then eat 2 egg omlette and then eat rice with rasam. this will reduce your insulin spike. if you cannot do, buy mixed fiber supplement ( which contains both soluble and insoluble fiber ) and drink before every meal. 2. walk for 10 mins after every meal immediately. this will allow your body to absorb sugars into muscles and reduce over all sugar glucose. 3. limit simple carbs totally. eat carbs always with fats. example eat bread with peanut butter. rice with avacado or lot of butter. but limit the quantity your moham manda. dont eat more than this 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
