Need suggestions regarding job change

Hey All,

Recently moved from a service company to a full time client in October 1st week with salary at around 130k base + 10% bonus in Texas and the work is kind of hybrid.

Now got a new offer from another full time client which is fully remote with 160k base +15% bonus.

Need suggestions if it’s advisable to move a job so soon as it’s only been a month since I’ve moved and would be completing a max of 2 months only if I plan to move to the new company.

Will this have any effect on my GC or future I140s

Immigration wise no issues , you don't include that expiernce any where chill

If you like the job just take it , but that texas employer who hired you will feel bad as he invested on your h1

experience letter is not required for full bro if the job offer is for 6 years all you need to provide 6 years need not provide all , just in work experience history you have to provide the details , I think explained

I understand that this thread is from a year ago, but your question about changing jobs is still relevant.
Considering a job change shortly after starting a new position is a significant decision. Here are a few factors to think about:
1. Financial Opportunity: The new offer comes with a substantial salary increase and bonus, which is tempting.
2. Work-Life Balance: The fully remote aspect could offer a better work-life balance.
3. Immigration Status: Job changes can potentially affect your green card (GC) process, particularly if you have an I140 petition filed. Consult with an immigration attorney for guidance on this.
Ultimately, it's a personal choice that depends on your priorities and situation. Exploring alternatives like Govt Jobs is also worth considering. If you ever decide to explore that path, you can make some good money.
