I visited vizaq only once in 2011/12. It was beautiful city. 
i am sure my impression is going to change completely when i visit it next time.

I am someone who invested in amaravathi ..even though I have no one from Krishna district or amaravathi... Main reason is investment ..and layout was well planned..

He intentionally removed the electricity allocated to the lands and made every construction standstill.. why would he even think about investing or kabza/encroach a land that he is intended to destroy out of  sadism ?

Layout lo vunna land kabja chesthe ..antha kanta comedy vundadhu..Ila kudaradhu kabatte they shifted to Vizag and focused on occupying 

Avyan realtors, koyya Prasad, dharmana loot of army jawan allocated land, daspalla lands (ysrcp fought while on opposition that these lands belong to go ernment,but now completely opposite) , rushikonda is symbol of the kabja ..these are their current progress ..
