Just because CEO which started company and came to IPO has good reputation does not mean he will always succeeed..

Similiarly just because CBN succeded during 95 hitech city development and brought companies, does not mean he will always succeed...

in case of amaravati CBN vision and economic reality ki nakka ki nagalokaniki anta teeda vundi...

Amaravati start ayinappudu why that much hurry for people to invest without even giving chance for themselves what exactly govt will develop ?

So both are to be blamed..

comedy emiti antee chalasani aswini dutt filled a case some time back asking for previous hyped price for his purchased lands... 

to me its like people got trappped in Amaravati IPO and now crying foul..

Even if supreme court says develop amaravati and stop 3 capitals next thing jagan might do is ask 1Lkah croes funds from central govt and then cas goes on and on...

to me amaravati for good/bad is dead due to economic reasons....  only people who are innocent and believe in fairy tales still are hanging on fallen tree...

Even if TDP comes to power nothing will happen as they need to restart applying for bank loans from WB and Asian bank and it takes years to get basic 200M loan they applied which is no where sufficient.

People hurry aa not hurry anedi kadu ikkada matter...Gov and Farmers came to an agreement and Gov is deviating from it...going forward evvadu inka gov land acquisitionki ivvadu..coming to investment....most of the uncles are in a hurry thinking they missed the boat in hyd case and they will miss it again....hurried and jumped in

gov will give 1000 sqyrds of residential land and 450 sqyrds of commercial land etc providing all amenities and infrastructure for each acre land given in capital pooling and Jagan anniya agreed on it as well being in opposition

Govt acquisition ki vachina pedda nastam emi ledu…as we talk, few hundred acres have been acquired already somewhere in India…the problem is with the land pooling which itself is a doomed concept. 
 

Few acres of land pool cheyalante ne chala tough vuntadi…atlantidi 33k acres pool cheyadam anedi oka failed concept.
