The below one is for people are really intersted to know.

The judgement was about two core points:

- Whether the assembly has constitutional and legal competency to decide about the location of the capital. Since the authority to decide capital was inherited from the AP reorganization bill through parliment and it has been already exercised by previous state Govt once, current Govt or future Govts don't have authority to excercise that right second time. If future Govt wanted to excercise that right once again, it has to come through Parliment. Dheenikosame ViSa Reddy moved a private bill in parliment. Chances of private bills passing in Indian parliment is almost 0. I guess only two bills were accepted so far since independance out of 100s of private bills.

- The agreement done with farmers is reversible and state Govt needs to implement what was promised in CRDA master plan (within the certain timelines). To develier this second point, the doctrine of continuing mandamus is issued by the court. That means the court choose not dispose the case off finality. Sacchinattu CRDA master plan follow avvali. After issuing continuing mandamus, the court asked complete certain things within 6 months and hand over the plots to farmers. This didn't happen. Hence the farmer went to the court siting the contempt of court.
