YMCA After School. Kids stay in school itself with some activities till 6PM. One of the parent used to leave early in morning so that can return by 4-4.30PM depending on company. The other parent leaves late after dropping kids in school in morning and comes back late.

Some did this with 2 to 3 kids and can't imagine doing with one kid...
