Do you do reel, shorts, insta, fb video scrolling often or other random browsing like switching to websites just looking for something exciting?

If so Your brain is used to switching its focus constantly. New generation suffering from this, not able to focus on a thing continuously because of this technology at finger tips. So many distractions. 

 

If your manager says if you dont give exact summary of the discussion, you are fired then concentration kachitanga untadi. why? you will restrict your brain.

You are doing right. What is the point of invite or joining irrelevant meetings where someone want to show that they are working ( they created a document and want everyone to read even if you are not interested)

someone is insecure in the job so schedule a meeting 

I did not schedule 1 meeting in last 2 yers. If I need something I ping and request to call me if needed to talk

I do not reply all unless needed

dont record meeting because noone has time to listen later

just read my emails by subject and 1-1 chats thats it
