land is cheap in usa.. i doubt it will help.. may be 8f its 15-20yrs...

+1 true, but ma neighbors(desi) oka 5 members kalsi 2021 lo 5 mil ki 65 acres(near princeton) teeskoni, ee yr summer lo oka desi doctor batch ki 18 mil ki ammaru anta, each made atleast 1.5-2 mil profit, not sure if he exaggerated, but he told me this.
