Not 2 times, 4 times... In this market Twitter would be in trading in teens..

Musk has 120m followers and for majority of them he is god... Some for right reasons- he made them enormous money by investing in Tesla... And others are like trump - they view him as savior....

Vijaya and Twitter council will be quoted as examples of mergers and acquisitions law books. How to write contract and enforce..

Advertisers has many other ways to sell ads... They don't want to be associated with toxic companies , that too in this economy and for the size of Twitter .

They don't want to be caught up in politics..

Again he fired the team yesterday so why did companies leave before anything was done? It’s a pressure campaign, give some time and most will be back.

Yes, Dems are worried trump will be back and will use Twitter as powerful tool to rally his supporters ...

So, even Biden and white house started speaking about Twitter - basically intimidating him and play with credibility...
