Which hub/airport/airline ? Do you have a valid h1b visa stamped ? Or Greencard..

scenarion : I am going to india from USA, where i will stop in frankfurt/munich/amsterdam ( will stay in airport, not going outside) and take next flight to india.

emi issues undavu. between the three - AMS airport is nicer.

Not needed, u will only need if you getting out of airport.. traveling on ur own to another airport.
