oka vela too good vunte yela respond avvali is my question. bad aite I never say they are bad, just not suitable for our team ani cheptha. Good aite no issues at all.

always be honest be genuine ovaru vachina, mind lite ga untadi no competition, if really she is smart you will learn something from her instead of bayi lo kappa type

if you have a co panel and if you are contradicting the decision, watch out

if the new candidate is more knowledgeable , just accept it . Try to learn from him and take it as a motivation.

Insecurity tho mundhiki polem , bad for health and career.     

Always there will be a new smarter person, regardless of age , specially in IT.

resume chusi yenduko alanti candidate yemo anipinchindi I might be wrong as well. Current team lo we have a good rappo don't want to spoil that
