Typically the President's party loses heavily in the mid-terms and clearly that is not going to be the case tonight.

Very confusing results, only thing I can think is country is very divided. Red states consolidated their positions, in blue states dems gave up some voting % but not enough to cross the line. AZ, GA are new battle grounds but might lean Gop with better candidates. Kemp won GA pretty easy. MN attorney general is close which is a big thing but gov they won easily. Overall voters are rejecting who they perceive as extreme.
