chepalemu kada anna how kids settle still 20 years down the lane , but my relatives who came 25 years ago are having tough time to get the money here , college expenses anuko , india lo relations cut anuko, insecurity anuko 

they are not able to get single dollar acre 1 lac tuna rojulo they acquired a lot but not able to enjoy , litigations etc etc

Your situation will be much different from your relatives situation who came here 25 years back. Things hav changed and present generation prefer to keep ties to India open unlike previous gen. In the same way, the future is digital currency and 20 years down the road, land sale la black component maha aithe 20-30% kante ekuva vundadu.
