land litigations are biggest headache now dude.. need some transparency in them..

For the first time ever, land reforms and surveying are being initiated…TG initiated and AP pioneered. Once the survey is in place, next is. Leaning if the records. 30 years encumbrance is now some what transparent as we have computerized records in mid-90’s. Next phase of reforms la clear title establishing the ownership will be in place…..its just matter of time. Give it another 10-15 years…

Believe me, 15 years down the road land titles will be much secure and clear than they are today.

India has domestic consumption, that is enough for everyone to come and sell to Indians

second, global brands do not define a country, Russia does not have any global brands either, but they are considering no 2 in military

what india lacks is quick and transparent judiciary, unless legal system is reformed, changes will not happen fast enough

politicians are well scrutinized through elections, whereas judges creep in the corruption at high level and nothing can be done to address it until some major reform happens

Ante u mean corrupt politicians are voted out every election antav by the people 😂😂😂

Judges matrame corrupt ippudu desam lo antav?

Why patients are flocking to India for surgery

Between 2016 and 2019, the number of overseas patients travelling to India increased from 430,000 to 700,000. The sector was estimated to be worth $9bn (£6.7bn) by 2019.

"India has the largest pool of clinicians in South Asia," explains Dinesh Madhavan, President of Group Oncology at International Apollo Hospital Enterprises.

"We get patients from the US, Africa and Gulf regions," says Dr Satish Bhatia, a dermatologist and cutaneous surgeon in Mumbai. Dr Bhatia says he sees many flight attendants, looking for quick, non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as dermal fillers or Botox.

Dr Bhatia says that, on average, the price of most cosmetic procedures in the US, Europe and the Middle East are at least 50% higher than if done in India.

I think India is one such country where cost of medical treatments will come down drastically in the next few years…

If we factor inflation and interest rate hikes, medical costs are actually static and as more and more people have access to medical care, costs will come down significantly…
