What price did you order? and what is the ongoing price for that vehicle?

The price when I ordered on June 14 for 67440 for blue model y long range with 20" wheels now 70440..I got lucky missed 3k price increase just 2 days..

Now only thing I need to make sure I get that 7.5k tax credit which will make my overall price to be 60k

When I couldn't take the delivery, they assigned that VIN to somebody else and gave me next one available couple of months later. Isn't that the case?

Next year due to recession you will not have a long queue for the car. So it should be ok to cancel the order now.

After getting a model Y, my personal opinion is that it’s not worth it. Lots of road noise and stiff suspension for the price you pay.

Electric car lo engine noise undadu anduke road noise is easily heard

Guarantee unda basu..if he cancels ordering at peak price and also waiting for long time..also it's been already six months malli order pedite ravataniki enta time pattuddo..

the order will be cancelled if you dont accept the delivery. and you will move to the back of the line. So it will depend on what price you have when you placed the order and what is the price you would get if you place the order now and get the fed tax credit.. Fed Tax credit you have to apply in 2024 for 2023 tax year and essentially you pay higher EMI if you take delivery in 2023 ( assuming current Car price is more than what it was on your original order).  you do that math and figure out  If the diff is not more than 3500 then go for the the delivery this year only

from what I hear ...they are automatically cancelling the order if your delivery is up for  this year and you dont take delivery this year.

IMO when we pay for a 65k car, we shouldn’t hear any noise. who cares where the noise is coming from. The tech is cool, but that coolness will wear off like it wears off in a week after u buy a new iPhone.
