The same area same houses 6  months back had 8 month waiting with lines 

now the same builders are cutting 70 k for 750k home , this is just a start winter is started

you saw mountain house selling 2mn it was news all over first house in mountain house same houses are coming for 1.3mn now

Anna for example just a sample  I picked this not a great home medium range or anything, these east face houses used be 9 months waiting in Kiper Catalina, This pattern is same aross higher end communities like Veranda , Avalon where start was 1.25 now they came to 980 ish
