I used to workout for at least 2 hours everyday but once got the shape of my body, I reduced my time to just 1 hour, but for chest I do take 1.5 to 2 hours...

Nenu oka 3 months teesukunna but weekly 1 or 2 times. After that went for group classes. Plus went to a dietitian and explained my medical condition. With both of their inputs I was able to reduce almost 30-35 lbs. I slowly put on weight again but health wise I am in a better shape. Average ga anthe petta money. Best money I spent

I think I'm blessed in this particular sense. nenu 55kgs daata daaniki chaala kastapadaali.

ofcourse I forced myself to spend a lot of years eating crumbs on the street out of my hatred for people in general. It may have affected my ability to even eat properly forever.

i try to avoid people now, and concentrate more on myself. people still disgust me.

I can help with indian(south indian diet) and can still loose pounds. If ur lazy bum don’t even bother me

eating rice with limitation i can help u loose weight but need strong determination/compelling reason

P.S: train light weights until fix your form

I don’t want a six pack body bro . But have to build my chest and some muscle.

goal is to keep body at 15 bfp from 39
