Most of the time it will have expiration data with in 1  month very old stock. Costco will send out the stock to liquidators or seller when its less than 45 days to expire. This amazon resellers will make cash out of it. Not saying you must not buy, but there is catch.

rice ki expiration entii, mari 4-5yrs beyond di aithe yes unsuitable may be depends. 
but between 1-3 yrs its the best rice to cook biryani. for biryani's 1+yr old rice is preferred coz it will not have that much moisture to make it mushy and the grains stay separate.

Usual ga 20lbs ostadi kada for around $20 ki… this one is only 15lbs… so not much difference
