not just SRH, every team is supposed to be involved in one way or other. Every game goes to the wire, suddenly all games become important - all manipulated to make all games interesting and increase viewership. If not, people won't watch some games - if you know your team is in final 4 or if you know they can't make it half way through, entire games lose interest. 
They make sure entire tournment is interesting till last week and most games go to 20th over.
