They seriously messed up by miscalculating during Mar-Jun 2022 by moving the dates too far down. Q4 lo ROW was completely ignored and naturally those applications piled up. Sam Shihab was right....How come they approve India EB2 when 40k EB2 ROW were lying around? Those who got it shud consider themselves very very lucky, becoz its going to be a blood bath going forward for EB2-I. In this bulletin, they even mentioned about setting cutoff date for EB1 as well.
