The easiest way for this to end is let people leave and hire new resource with a set expectations to be in office 5 days a week. Take it or leave it kind of a deal. Ofcource there will be collateral damages but it’s not like Twitter has a competitor to hurt their market share and the website is on a autopilot for what they do, it is a calculated risk in my opinion , in 2 years company will have new blood and direction

nadella didnt make drama like how musk is doing now...he just did his diligent work...and changed reputation of microsoft...now lot of tech communities are loving to use microsoft products like azure, vscode, github..etc

there are people who only work..with out noice...musk is not that one..

Musk indeed made lot of noise but then again, he is a successful businessman and you cannot deny his achievements. Musk's vision a decade back was sounding silly but it has now created a new market. I'm not underestimating Musk or overestimating his success.... Twitter is a kind of business which needs to be in limelight all the time, there is nothing as such as bad publicity esp. for a thing like twitter, every publicity adds a value. Even when he knew there will be exodus of staff with his decision, probably he may want the staff to quit in the first place.

I think social media's time is done. Musk cannot single handedly revive a sagging sector.

just like his move to Austin didn't create any ripples the way everyone hoped it would.

he will become more and more irrelevant. while cool stuff will be done by others like Jack Dorsey.

Exactly my point. In couple of years, the new twitter will be much better than what it is today. That's only possible with new hires and new talent, leadedepship. Vunna valllani petukunte inkemi chestaru. 

Collateral damage vuntadi but then again for a social media giant, they ned to constantly re-invent themselves oka 1-2 years nidrapoina they will be out of the market. Infact, Twitter got a fresh new lease of life..

Twitter was remote, it is a privilege but not a new common. WFH itself is a privilege, it's upto the employee if they want to take it for granted. Such privileges can be revoked anytime.

No he is smarter than that, in 2-3 years he will basically show people Twitter is making more than before and go public again and that’s how he is going to make money if he ever has to from twitter.

Twitter doesn’t have the cult of TikTok or insta when it comes to monetization with celebrity or brand endorsements  or influencers, he is going to make attempts to drive growth in those segments as those are non existent on twitter now, if he will be successful is to be seen but based on his past achievements he may pull through
