Need info for my Cousin

DB Experts and FTE folks,

My Cousin has one question for applying Full time positions:

He was diagnosed with Multiple myloma at 33 yrs and was treated for it in Hyderabad and in remission now. Now he came to USA through WITCH companies and trying to apply Full time Positions. Andulo disability status lo Cancer kuda listed. So should he select disability , if so any advantages or disadvantages of mentioning this. 

Maa anna gadiki mari darunam aiyna paisal istunnaru.. contracting bhayapadutunnadu about insurance plans and all about pre existing conditions...

Naku FTE experience ledu.. medical insurances tho dealing idea asal ledu...

There is option I am not intrested to disclose ani select cheysai doubt vunte. 

Companies usually show case we have 5% workforce disabled ani to get sympathy alanti company aythy disability advantage. 

It's all luck.

Disability status is not for insurance by law every employer must accommodate because of an obvious or voluntarily disclosed disability during the interview process like a wheel chair access etc. Also it is optional to declare it. Insurance through employment doesn't care if you have pre condition
