Now he came to USA through WITCH companies and trying to apply Full time Positions. Andulo disability status lo Cancer kuda listed. So should he select disability , if so any advantages or disadvantages of mentioning this. Companies usually show case we have 5% workforce disabled ani to get sympathy alanti company aythy disability advantage. It's all luck. hyperbole Posted November 22, 2022 Report Share Posted November 22, 2022 Disability status is not for insurance by law every employer must accommodate because of an obvious or voluntarily disclosed disability during the interview process like a wheel chair access etc. Also it is optional to declare it.
