Due to lack of sun, low vitamin d levels  drives people to become suicidal. But I think mostly Washington and PNW in general , apart from being a scenic state,is known for serial killers. Past and lately, there’s been a murder of 4 Caucasian college kids in ldaho which could be a work of a serial killer.
