reality is different. Only few individuals are talented in India and rest all are junk for highly skilled jobs.

So True, forget about generic skill set of engineering(be it tech or other sectors). If you observe all of the science and R&D teams in finance or even in tech companies you don't see many Indians even in US(few of them who had masters/PHD from top tier universities in US and bachelors from top 10 institutions in India). India simply doesn't have hard science skills which is useful o work on next big thing/quality things, You can find this kind of talent only in US(that too mostly in major hubs like NYC(finance), SFO(tech), Boston(finance and tech/automission), Seattle(tech), LA(media), Houston(Oil companies) and outside US, UK, Germany, France are still powerhouses of innovation and R&D.

 

If we closely observe the location of teams even in US, you cant find the same kind of teams/work else where than in SFO, NYC, Boston and Seattle. Dallas, Atlanta etc. have more concertation of generic skilled jobs.
