Rent house aina rent kattali gaa. I am not saying people should buy homes above the budget they can handle.

cat value depreciates over time where as house value appreciates ( in most cases excluding few rare cases).

manalo chaala mandi family/india ki dooram ga vachindey better quality of life kosam. We should definitely work towards it. Ikkada kooda reasons vethukuntu kurchuntey kastam bro. Self evaluation is must. 
i owned a home for 8 yrs. Sold it for good profit. If i lookback, so many memories with that home. I do have good memories with cars i bought too but different level
