OTC medications for pollen allergy

use fluticasone nasal spray ... (cheaper in costco... 4 bottles for 20 bux)

n have frequent showers ... if u go outside frequent for kids pick up etc ... as pollen will be on your skin, hair, and clothes ... 

and

if u r going to stay long term in that area ...

get allergen tested by allrgy specialist ... n get desensitization serum shots ... ( these will be 2 shot a week n go for any where from 4-6 years... depending on your body;s response) ... but this will be worth it ... as u will become off meds n will not be sensitive to allergens ..
