Visitor Visa Passport collection

Hello,

 

My in-laws attended for a visitor visa interview on the 25th and the visa was approved. They handed over both of the passports to the visa officer.

 

However, only my Father in law got the notification for passport pickup while nothing was received on my Mother in law’s passport. 

 

Did anybody face this context please advise. Anything to worry about? 

 

PS: we called the travel docs, we were informed that it’s still under processing which is vague.
