houses prices massive ga padav ba. it effects local governments revenue/school funding gatra.

They will correct midly and stay stable for 3-4 years. That inflation will anyway eat up  the prices.

20 K vadi preffered lender tho. velthey na bhaiya... I locked at 4.5 mani vadiki cheppaledhu... emiaan bargain cheyyachu with this situation ani ....
