I dont know about both simultaneously but go for knee replacement. They work well. And is a huge upgrade to quality of life in general.

Better go one after the other some may not bear slight pain/discomfort it may cause during rehab & strengthening period. Proper rehab is needed post surgery that should take care.

6-9 Months gap pettuko once she feels ok and confident second one will be easy.

my mom is diabetic and she got both knee same time when she was 62. Diabetic or other health conditions unte, oka few months avvanni control lo undela chusukovali...once everything is good, then they can perform surgery.

One at a time anukunnam, but maa relatives lo same case unna aunties ni consult chesam. whoever did only one knee, never did 2nd knee again.....ah one knee ke chukkalu kanipinchai anta...2 months horrible pain, discomfort etc etc. So malli inko knee ki assalu dhairyam lekunde.....so we got both knee surgery for my mom in Apollo Hyd....2 months narakam assalu papam...but one knee aina, two aina pain level oka point tharuvatha same...discomfort kuda anthe, rest room vellali anna, edi cheyyalanna kastam....one knee chesina, valla age ki 2nd knee tho pani cheyyaleru. So regardless, they are still in bed for those many days.

so my suggestion is...go for both knee at a time...based on my mom experience and few other aunties in our family circle.

if under 60 and no health issues, I know couple uncles who got one knee surgery....for some reason, vallu within a month fully recovered...and hardly 10 days they had pain and discomfort anta...next month they started driving car, walking, going out normally. Each body is different, kondariki easy ga set aipothadi...for them, they are ready to get 2nd knee surgery because they had good experience with 1st.

Kani ala kaadu ante....get both done together...pain is pain...elago alaga they have to bare it....anthe, done n dusted for very long time...and no need to worry again

get it done both, if u want to take benifit of the surgery.

main reason is mental and physiocal trauma they undergo, post-surgery.

renditiki oke sari cheyiste they undergo the pain and re-hab only once,

okati oka sari cheyiste, tey will never agree for second one...due to the earlier re-hab and pain.

aso okati cheyiste..inko kaalu ibbandi pedutune untadi...

ma mom ki okate cheyinchamu, but other leg struggle undi,,,and she cannot walk far
