Stopped smoking from 2 and half weeks,

Got cough for 4 days, little fever for 3 days

but edo life lo kolipoyinatlu undi , anxiety , edo life ayipoyinatlu feeling internet lo anni mixed ga unayi

are you feeling the same no motivation to do anything

feeling uplifted a bit yaa I am stopping it but bayam estundi need to study a lot brain fog tho bayta padthana leda ani

I was a heavy smoker once. Smoked for 6 years, the first two years only few cigs a day and the last 4 years a pack(20 cigs pack) a day. On the top of that, three or 4 joints. I tried to stop several times (there are many 10 or 12 days period where I stopped for 10 or 12 days but something happens like my master friends comes to hangout and we will have drinks or light up a joint and I would lose control and start smoking cigs again). This happened for more than 5 or 6 times, each time due to various reasons.
But when I started doing CrossFit, that was a game changer. dhammu saripoyedi kaadu crossfit lo starting days lo, so cough vachedi, automatic ga smoke cheyyali ani assala anipinchedi kaadu, so ala ala I finally quit smoking (ofc only Cigs, I still have occasional virgin weed joins once in a while) and it's been 4 years since I stopped Cigs.
Try doing some intense cardio exercises, you will find out how bad state your lungs are  in. Then you would not even think of smoking again.

I was a heavy smoker , smoked like a pack a day for 10 years , tried self controlling method but failed

easy way to stop smoking  Allen carr book undhi, they do seminars also but I did not look into it

it sounds funny book will make you stop smoking but 100% it will work

you will remember me for rest of your life for this advice , I quit successfully and I can’t withstand smoke smell now

It’s just like 10$ on Amazon buy it and read it ,important thing is reading , it will set your mind to not smoke again ,you will be successful
