folks naku upcoming h1&h4 drop box appointment at chennai vundhi , can I drop it off in Hyderabad? 

recent ga evaraina hyd lo drop off chesara for a different appointment center? is this taking too long. Hyderabad drop off is taking too much time ani vinnanu? any thoughts or suggestions pls

yes , you can drop off in Hyderabad , refer USCIS / Consulate websites , clear gaa mentioned but you may need to pay extra for certain locations

you can drop in Hyderabad bro….time depends on original appointment location….also i suggest to take 2x2 photos in India itself as mostly i have seen ppl who took photos in US are being asked to get the photos again…..not sure if it’s reallt an issue they want to make money….hyd ofc location inside there is a small shop where take photos, xerox, ds160 corrections etc…..

original appointment at Hyd US embassy are taking very long time

Mumbai and Kolkata took 10 days for complete process

1. need to visit the location and they will verify your documents and take them

2. they need to send your documents to original appointment location and this takes 1-2 days time depending on location. 

3. if everything looks good then 2-3 business days for approval 

4. next day status will changes to issue. Like this step where visa is actually stamped on your passport 

5. Original visa appointment location will ship passport back to Hyd location or where you choose to picked up from

6. within 1-2 days should receive email to pick up. like passport is ready for pickup status 

 

remember if you appointment is on thursday or friday then timelines will delay as weekend and things will start next business day. So be prepared.

I did 2 days back.. whole process took 1 hr.. actually other locations line fast ga move ayindhi hyd kanna..

Hi..na wife dhi chennai stamping ki I dropped of in hyd on Oct 27th and got the passport on Nov 7th..Mine is similar for delhi..dropped of in hyd on Oct 13th and received on Oct 20th.
