Friend gadi visa refused - what are options

Friend gadu filed h1 thru a consultancy 

visa stamping Dropbox vachindi 

because he has employee business visa and came to us 3 times in the past - however stayed  only less than - 1 month in us in every business visit 

he submitted passport in Chennai’s consulate- after few days online lo status refused ani chupinchindi (did not mention 221g) 

today he got email passport is ready for pick up 

so looks like visa decision is final 

 

what are his options? Can he re-apply for the same visa/ same i797 after couple of months ?

Online status says refused even for 221g. Did you pickup passport. He should check with consulate to make sure it was rejected. Typically they mention reason for rejection. Don’t they?

He did not collect his passport yet

He should wait and may be there is 221g in it. Typically asking to attend interview or some documents

Refused is not rejected, they will ask for fingerprints or additional documentation or in person interview so no worries visa vachesidi
