Intermittent fast with keto bro strictlybfor 4 months. First one month 2 meals a day with 18 hours 6 hours and some times one meal a day some and 15 days ki oka sari full fast only water

Tinapudu I used to eat all green, avacado chicken fish or goat. Must and should two lemon water and multi vitamin

Nothing first one week , chala mandhi think keto ante they need to eat lot of oil etc no need 

I used to have nuts soaked walnut almond 

Veggies brocoli, koncham garlic salt esukoni airfryer or stove top sauterr 

Carrot raw , cucumber,  epudu aina chicken egg  lo palakura, menthi etc etc

It's possible only 15 days tough you will eat so less and so much energetic 

Make sure only use ghee, olive or coconut oil for cooking

Keto means don't do bad keto where people think lot of fat lard etc etc 

I never given additional fat but reduced carbs never had any grains and tested no issues. Don't do bad keto just reverse your carb intake
