We have agriculture land which we got from grand parents about 20 years ago, getting raithu bandhu too … few weeks back few SC/ST people illegally occupied some part of the land.

Gave a police complaint as per localities suggestion, also trying option if they ask some money ready to negotiate.

Any DB guys with similar issue who successfully managed or any suggestions

Better to negotiate with them and come out if this situation … otherwise there will lots of cases registered on you as well under sc/st acts … it will be a big headache…we also went through the same situation and settled the issue by paying money… now no issues .

you cant really do anything about it , okka fake SC/ST case padindi ante punch padathadi , your only option here is to settle with them

Usually in such situations, the people who occupied the lands are at the end of the cycle. Behind the screen, local panchayat sarpanch, MRO Office staff, some one who know your status as NRI and weakness are driving the end people to put up a claim on your land. 
 

Antha mandi vuntaru kabatti 20-30% aithe kam se kam settlement amount. But then again, if you have proper paper work and claims and no plans to sell for another 10-15 years, case esi dobbei…opika nashinchi valle inkoka beram chusukuntaru. Saying so, nee rightful share la oka 20-30% pakkaki pettalsinde to secure the property.
