Yes...ardham chesukovadam konchem kastam...but I go through eckhart tolle..who also refers JD sir..appudu kaani ardham kaaledhu..

Actually life is very easy just live..live in present...what is a shame what is a pain body...super concepts..which gives mental strength and awakening of life...

Honestly, there is too much knowledge available in the world for current generation letting them fail to create more knowledge...
