CONCLUSION

 Radical immigration policies have caused an unprecedented humanitarian and security crisis at our southwest border. H.R. 3648 does absolutely nothing to fix the Biden border crisis. Instead, it continues far-left immigration policies that put Chinese nationals and others ahead of American citizens
